Breathing Development Practice: Advanced Well-being Set
BDP Set 3
Programme Structure
The programme consists of 10 sessions, with each session lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes.
All training is guided and monitored through the TPRV Training System.
Taught by Master Somsak Inpuek
The programme is personally taught by Master Somsak Inpuek, Founder of Miracle Tai Chi and creator of the Miracle Tai Chi training system.
As the highest level of the Foundation Programme, BDP Set 3 is designed to deepen the integration of breathing, movement, awareness, and lifelong personal development.
Participants will learn to:
-
Develop a deeper level of awareness through consistent breathing and movement practice.
-
Improve coordination between the brain, nervous system, muscles, and joints, supporting efficient movement and healthy ageing.
-
Continue progressing in their practice through ongoing refinement, self-observation, and continuous learning.
Those who consistently follow the TPRV Training System with discipline, commitment, and a genuine passion for self-improvement can continue developing their physical abilities, mental clarity, and body awareness throughout their lifetime.
With regular and correct practice, participants may experience:
-
Greater physical vitality and natural well-being.
-
A calm, focused mind with an increased ability to remain present.
-
More efficient coordination between breathing, movement, and the nervous system, allowing the body to relax naturally while moving.
-
A deeper connection with their inner awareness, leading to greater balance, clarity, and harmony in everyday life.
Miracle Tai Chi is designed as a lifelong practice. The more consistently you practise, the greater the potential for continuous improvement and personal growth.
